Hope in Your Story

When we started back in 2015 we were a project centred around personal breakthrough in mental health struggles. It was a struggle that was very close to our hearts, as at the time I was in and out of hospital, and we were all hoping and praying that I would be able to get through it.

We are still about breakthrough in mental illness.

About a breakthrough in the stigmatisation of mental illness in our community.

About personal breakthroughs – be they small, seemingly insignificant daily victories, or large, easy to identify shifts in our lives.

But on our journey, we’ve realised that one of the most important tools to overcoming the personal struggles and societal issues around mental illness is sharing our personal stories.

We’ve always been a platform to share stories.

We always will be.

Hope is found in these stories.

Hope is shared through these stories.

Hope is in your story.

And this sharing of hope – this coming together, not to diagnose, or judge, but to just be there, is one of the most powerful forces on the planet.

Stories are meant to be shared.
