Coming to the Father

‘Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.’ Hebrews 4:6 NIV

One thing that often gets in the way of us coming to the father is shame. When the devil makes anyone feel like they’re a mistake, the freedom that’s found in the father is never known. Because what the devil wants to do is make people question their value so they never find their worth.

But we can come to the father with boldness no matter how we feel or what the devil thinks of us. So everyday our position with the father never changes because He’s the same today, tomorrow and everyday after that. Which means you are not a mistake and you will never be too far gone. Jesus loves you no matter what the circumstance might be; He’ll never leave you and he will never forsake you.

You don’t have to be perfect to be accepted. The Father’s heart is different and as much as the devil would like to tell you that you’re a burden; that’s a lie.
